These terms apply to subscriptions to Crypto Magazine sold by The CMC Group of Companies Ltd.
Our subscription options
Crypto Magazine offers three annual subscription options.
Print Subscription
Six consecutive print issues, delivered as each new issue is published.
Digital Subscription
Six consecutive digital issues, supplied electronically as each new issue is published.
Print + Digital Subscription
Six consecutive print issues plus the corresponding six complete digital editions.
One annual payment
All subscriptions are prepaid annually.
You make one payment covering six consecutive issues. You are not charged separately every two months or each time a new issue is published.
The price and any advertised saving applicable when you subscribe will be displayed before you complete your order.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled before the next renewal payment becomes due.
When your subscription renews, the payment method associated with your subscription will be charged for the next annual subscription period.
You can cancel automatic renewal through the available subscription management facility or by contacting adele@thecmccompany.com.
Cancelling automatic renewal does not ordinarily cancel the issues already included in an annual subscription period that has already been paid for, subject always to any applicable statutory cancellation rights.
Publication and fulfilment
Crypto Magazine currently publishes six issues during an annual subscription cycle.
Print copies are dispatched as each issue is published. Digital copies are made available electronically.
Publication and dispatch dates may vary. References to an issue being supplied approximately every two months describe the expected publishing cycle and do not guarantee publication on a particular calendar date.
Statutory cancellation rights
Magazine subscription contracts are subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights.
For a subscription involving regular physical deliveries, the standard statutory cancellation period ends 14 days after receipt of the first issue.
Different rules apply to digital content supplied immediately. Where applicable, we will obtain the consent and acknowledgement required before immediate digital supply begins.
These statutory rights operate separately from your ability to stop a future annual renewal.
Changes to subscription prices
We may change subscription prices for future renewal periods.
Where the price applicable to a future renewal changes, we will provide appropriate information before that renewal where required by applicable law.
A price change will not retrospectively alter an annual subscription period that has already been paid for.
Address changes
Print subscribers are responsible for keeping their delivery address current.
If your address changes during your subscription, please update your details or contact Customer Service before the next issue is dispatched.
