Products
We sell physical print magazines, digital editions, digital archive products and magazine subscriptions.
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images and screen representations may vary slightly depending on devices, displays or production processes.
Availability may vary by country or region.
Prices
Prices displayed to you may depend on your selected market, country or currency.
For physical products, where we advertise free shipping, standard delivery costs have been incorporated into the selling price and no additional standard shipping charge is added at checkout.
Any taxes or other charges payable will be shown or dealt with as required by the applicable checkout and local law.
Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, inability to supply the product or another legitimate reason.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Digital products
Digital products are supplied electronically and are for the purchaser's personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
You must not unlawfully reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit digital editions or archive content.
Digital products may use reasonable access controls, download limits or personalised watermarking intended to protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorised distribution.
Where immediate digital supply affects statutory cancellation rights, the required consent and acknowledgement will be obtained as part of the purchasing process.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are additionally governed by our Subscription Terms.
Subscriptions are prepaid annually and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal payment is due, subject to applicable statutory rights.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of Crypto Magazine and this store, including editorial content, branding, graphics, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The CMC Group of Companies Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchase of a magazine or digital edition does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights in its content.
Acceptable use
You must not use the store in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, disruptive or intended to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Liability
