We want purchases from Crypto Magazine to arrive as described and in good condition. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Individual print magazines

Under UK consumer law, individual newspapers, periodicals and magazines are generally excluded from the standard 14-day distance-selling cancellation right. This exemption does not apply to magazine subscription contracts. Legislation.gov.uk

If an individual print magazine arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact adele@thecmccompany.com with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the problem.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy where required.

Print subscriptions

Print subscriptions are subject to the applicable statutory cancellation rights for subscription purchases.

Where your subscription provides regular deliveries over a defined period, the standard cancellation period ends 14 days after you receive the first physical issue. Legislation.gov.uk

To exercise a statutory cancellation right, contact adele@thecmccompany.com with your name and order details and clearly state that you wish to cancel.

This statutory cooling-off right is separate from cancelling future automatic renewal through your subscription account.

Digital editions and digital subscriptions

Digital editions are supplied electronically.

Where you ask us to provide digital content immediately, before the end of the statutory cancellation period, we will ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that your right to cancel will be lost once supply of the digital content begins. Legislation.gov.uk

This does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty, inaccessible, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Complete Digital Archive

The Complete Digital Archive is digital content and is subject to the same provisions relating to immediate digital supply described above.

Refund processing

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

We may request reasonable information necessary to verify the order or investigate a delivery, access or product issue.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
